Included in each visit:
Welcome:
Respectfully greet the cat(s) when entering your house, preventing any door-dashing!
Food and Water:
Wash the food and water bowls thoroughly and offer fresh water and food according to the dietary needs of your fluff(s).
Medication:
Administer any medication needed under your instructions, always trying to find stress and fear-free ways to achieve that. (For diabetic cats, please send me a PM first).
Litter Box:
Scoop and clean around the litter box and inspect it for any unwanted information, such as the quality of feces, extra or no pee, etc.
Health Monitoring:
Inspect the living area of the cat(s) for any signs of trouble such as vomit, hairballs, or other issues. I will report these to you and clean up to the best of my abilities.
Playtime and Socialization:
Engage with the animal(s) in a fear-free way, always focusing on their welfare. Find ways to communicate and offer quality playtime for physical and mental activity. Pay attention to body language and behavior for any signs of illness or discomfort.
Updates:
With every visit, you will receive visual material and updates so that you do not have to worry at all about the well-being of your beloved feline(s).
Home Security:
Offering additional services such as watering plants, collecting mail, and adjusting blinds or lights for home security.

*In case of a cat emergency after consulting with you or your contact person I can transfer your fluffs to their vet by Uber. The fee for this service is €30. If I have to return later and take your baby back home the fee will be doubled. All transport and medical costs around the vet visits fall under your responsibility.
**If your booking stretches beyond two weeks, I'll throw in a complimentary Litter Box Deep Clean.​​​​

Cancellation Policy
I know that life can be unpredictable, and I want to make things as easy as possible for you at Mind the Cat. That said, because of the preparation involved in caring for your cat, I’ve put together a simple cancellation policy to keep everything fair and running smoothly.
Each booking requires an investment of administrative time, resources and effort behind-the-scenes to ensure I deliver the best possible service.
In addition, short-notice cancellations leave little opportunity to fill the gap in my schedule, which directly impacts my income. This policy helps me maintain the high standards of my work while ensuring my time and livelihood are respected.
You’re welcome to cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your cat’s care begins.
For cancellations made within 6 days of the start date, a 30% administrative fee will apply.
If your plans change last-minute (within 24 hours of the start date) or you return home unexpectedly during the sitting period, there will not be a refund. To check the full terms and conditions click here.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to care for your cat(s) due to an emergency, a trusted team of two backup Professionals will have access to your contact information and your emergency contact’s details. This ensures your cat(s) continue to receive the care and attention they need, no matter what.

Maria Eiriny is the Cat WHISPERER all time. She is amazing! I have had my share of cat sitters for the last 12 years, she is by far the best. Why? First of all, Maria Eirini really cares about the cat first then its owner.
